Arnold Newman was a pioneering American photographer known for his mastery of environmental portraiture, as well as his striking compositions in still life, abstract, and documentary photography. While best known for capturing artists, politicians and cultural figures, his broader work also explored form, light and spatial relationships with the same careful attention to composition. – Some minimal surface irregularities, otherwise in excellent condition.
